Shipping Policy

ABORIGIN manages shipping centrally through Shiprocket
and partner courier services.

Dispatch Time:
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation
(excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Estimated Delivery:
• Metro cities: 3–5 working days
• Tier 2/3 cities: 5–7 working days
• Remote areas: 7–10 working days

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on
delivery location and product weight.

Order Tracking:
Tracking details will be shared via SMS and email once
the order is shipped.

Failed Delivery:
If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order
will be returned. Refunds (if applicable) will be
processed as per refund policy.

Damaged in Transit:
Report within 24 hours with unboxing video proof for
resolution.

Refund Policy

ABORIGIN\'s Return & Refund Policy —
Effective April 2026

Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for
eligible products.

Eligibility:
• Fashion: Unused, tags intact
• Beauty: Only sealed/unused items
• Electronics: Defective products only
• Home & Kitchen: Damaged/defective only

Non-Returnable Items:
Innerwear, opened cosmetics, customized products,
perishable goods, and final sale items.

Refund Timeline:
• Prepaid Orders: 3–7 working days
• COD Orders: 5–10 working days (bank transfer)

Return Request:
Customers can raise return request from:
My Account → Orders

All returns are subject to verification.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

ABORIGIN\'s Cancellation Policy:

Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled before shipment for full refund.

After Dispatch:
Cancellation is not allowed once the order is shipped.

COD Orders:
Repeated order cancellations or refusals may result
in restriction of COD facility.

Exchange Policy:
Exchange is not available. Customers must return the
product and place a new order.

Platform Cancellation:
If an order is cancelled by ABORIGIN due to
availability or service issues, full refund will be
processed.
